Hi and welcome! My name is Sara and I am 51 years old. During the pandemic I had some skin problems due to wearing masks daily while working. My skin was itchy, red, and would break out. During this time, I tried some skin treatments that were new to me. This came about as I went to a beauty shop specializing in brow threading and microblading. I didn't even know what microblading was until it was explained to me at the salon . I thought it was simply a brow tattoo with a tattoo gun. So.....after going through this procedure the owner of the salon said I should try a hydra-facial. I bought a good size package and from there moved on to the oxygen facial, and radio frequency micro-needling. During this time I also bought several IPL sessions, and one package of Clear Brilliant laser treatments. The IPL is not a fun process, but the results are impressive. Clear brilliant is also a great resurfacing laser with no downtime. Much of the sun damage is gone from my face, and I have decided that I can put up with 2 IPL sessions a year to keep my skin clear without brown spots.
I feel like my skin is the best it has ever been, and I want to share some of what I have learned with you! I also follow a good skin care regimen to keep it all in check.
